Information collected through Revvie services may be used to:
- Send confirmations, reminders, reservation updates, appointment updates, order summaries, customer service messages, and related service notifications

Users who opt in may receive SMS messages from businesses using the Revvie platform. These messages may include service updates, reservation or appointment confirmations, order summaries, customer support notifications, review requests, loyalty messages, and promotional or marketing messages where separately consented to.

Revvie does not use customer communications to sell personal information to third parties. Participating businesses are responsible for ensuring their own customer-facing notices, consent flows, and use of AI-assisted tools comply with applicable laws.

Revvie does not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Information may be shared with the business the user interacted with, with service providers that help deliver Revvie services, or where required by law. Service providers may include messaging platforms, hosting providers, payment processors, analytics tools, CRM systems, and other technology providers used to operate the platform.

We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or misuse. No electronic system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
